Cedar Breaks just a half hour drive from downtown Cedar City, stands like a colossal amphitheater before the Great Basin valleys below. Early Piutes called this multi canyon un-capi-anum or circle of painted cliffs.

Bring your camera and enjoy the many guided nature walks offered in the summer. In the winter cross country ski, or snowmobile the rim for a unique view of the seasonal contrast

Please note that the snows at these high elevations often restrict vehicle access in the months November to May.
